Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-06
Draft. This document is a working draft pending legal review and is not yet binding. Sections marked TODO are unfinished.
1. Who we are
VersoVPN (“we”, “us”) operates the VersoVPN service and this website at versovpn.com.
TODO: legal entity name, registration number and registered address.
2. Status of the service
The service is in development. This website describes intended functionality and does not constitute an offer to supply a working service, nor a commitment to any launch date.
Joining the waitlist creates no contract and no obligation on either side beyond our handling of the address you gave us, described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to attack, intrude upon or disrupt other networks and systems, to distribute malware, or to carry out activity that is unlawful where you are or where the exit node is located.
Privacy is not a shield for harming other people. Accounts used for the activity described above may be terminated without refund.
4. Subscriptions and payment
No plan is on sale and no price is set. If the service is offered, plans, prices and billing periods are published then; subscriptions would be paid in VVPN and settled on-chain, and the free tier would require no payment.
TODO: refund policy, renewal and cancellation terms, applicable taxes.
5. The VVPN token
VVPN is a utility token used within the service. It is not a security, not a share, not a deposit, and not an investment product. Holding it does not entitle you to profit, dividends, or any claim on our assets.
Nothing on this website is financial advice or a solicitation to buy any asset. The value of a token can fall to zero.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
TODO: liability cap and governing-law clause, aligned with the chosen jurisdiction.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date before they take effect.
